You may not request any data that could identify a specific individual during any stage of a Maze, including the request to sign an NDA. This includes their name, address, contact details of date of birth or any proof of identity.
It is your responsibility to test your maze and ensure that the test can be completed by testers. You should verify that any conditional logic is correct and that the test can be completed on all device types you're targeting in your test. Credits are not refundable due to a test error even if test results are unusable due to the error.
Participation is limited to the individual maze for which you ordered testers. You cannot request testers to participate in any tasks outside Maze or link to another maze, survey, or test.
You cannot target participants below the age of 18 years old.
